Arent you interested what other People say is there Secret? Sometimes we can learn a lot about how other act to understand what we can improve in our Lives to have the same success. That may simple things like "I am friendly", even more detailed descriptions like "I motivate my People by offering small competitions where they motivate each other byself"
There are so many reasons out there how we can improve our daily actions to have more Success. For sure we know all that it doesnt bring a lot of effort if we are angry and if we act while we are angry, because that just bring more problems. So we avoid pain and bring some fun in live.
I also got Comments like " I sleep with everyone", but that I just take as a Joke. Personaly I can not believe that this brings a lot of success. But anyway, there are also Comments done in the past to me like "Be tollerant" and yes, that I can confirm, does bring many benefit.
